Clients who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive telephone contact from SEO Pixel with information regarding their projects or items ordered online.
PRICING INFORMATION
Your Project pricing and project time will not be listed on our site.
We may take wording from your correspondence with us to use as testimonials or for other promotional uses, this may include time and pricing information, if applicable.
Terms and Conditions
OWNERSHIP
SEO Pixel retains the ownership of all projects until completion and payment of project by client. SEO Pixel retains the right to make use of client's projects in our portfolio.
The completed design includes all images and design elements,. If SEO Pixel offers you multiple designs and layouts while defining your project, the unused designs will be property of SEO Pixel. Such designs may be re-used or sold to other clients.
You may use our SEO Pixel design or have it redesigned at any time. If you need to alter design elements created by TCG, please contact us to make this request.
All policies, services, and prices are subject to change without further notice.
PORTFOLIO & CREDIT
SEO Pixel requires a ink back to our site from the web sites we have designed, coded, If you would prefer not to include this link, we can negotiate a fee to remove it.
ESTIMATES
SEO Pixel will give you the best estimate for a project based on time, design, and work a project may take. Please understand that an estimate does not guarantee the actual price upon completion of a project.
SEO Pixel will try and work within your budget and will try and provide all our clients with several solutions for their project needs and budget.
A price quote is valid for 15 days, after which time it is subject to review.
A time estimate may also be given to our clients. Time estimates again are just estimates and vary greatly due to complexity, changes, content, and client specifications.
FEES & HOURLY RATES
Projects are quoted a project fee, any additional work or changes may require an additional hourly fee. Different projects may be billed at different rates. Additional services for your project,may be added to the final invoice.
PAYMENT & PAYMENT TYPES
A down payment of 1/2 of the total project is required before a project will begin. The final half is due at the completion of the project. All payments will be due within 10 days of invoicing.
We accept check, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal for all transactions.
REFUNDS
We do not provide refunds on work done. We do have the right to stop your project after the layout or evaluation phase, any moneys there owed (for the final payment) may be refunded to you.
Claims for defects and/or damages, must be made in writing within 10 days after project completion of the project. Failure to do so hall constitute irrevocable acceptance that the project fully complies with terms, conditions,specifications, and or agreed upon contract.
